Central California Hispanic Chamber Launches
Consider this... membership campaign
Executive Director John Hernandez
has implemented a new marketing campaign that targets the general
market. The Consider This... ads highlight the multi billion dollar
local Hispanic Market and the buying power of Latinos in the region. The
new campaign was launched through the Fresno Chamber of Commerce's
January monthly newsletter, The Business Journal, is featured on the
chamber website and will appear on local television stations. It is
integrated as part of the 2007 membership drive.
Executive Director John Hernandez had the following statement. "$1.3
billion in grocery spending, $1.6 billion on health care, $812 million
dining out, $470 million on auto sales... These are just some of the
numbers that the Hispanic Market is producing locally. It just makes a
lot of sense to be a member of the Central California Hispanic Chamber
of Commerce and be seen as a supporter. Many think you must be Hispanic
to join... You don't. We want everyone to be a part of our family. The
chamber is at the center of this economic wheel and is a gateway to this
market. Our events, newsletters and website are equipped to help any
business reach this market. I would highly recommend becoming a member.
That plaque on the wall speaks volumes and will appeal to this consumer.
The CCHCC is rapidly approaching the 600 member milestone."
