State Hispanic Chamber Announces Staff Additions
 

Dennis Trinidad, Interim President/CEO, announced the following staff appointments and recent additions to the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CHCC).

Manuel C. Cosme, CPA, has joined the California Hispanic Chamber as its controller/accountant. His responsibilities include producing monthly financial statements, weekly payables, bank reconciliation, producing informational tax returns, reporting budget projections and variables. Additional roles include monitoring and reporting the financial health of the organizations to the Treasurer, President/CEO and the Chairman of the Board and Board of Directors. Manuel reports directly to the President/CEO.

Mr. Cosme recently sold his business, PBSG, Inc. of Vacaville and has worked for Payroll Partners and Lindquist Certified Public Accountants. Manuel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Mary’s College of California with a B.S. in Accounting and Economics and a minor in Mathematics.

Manuel’s father, Manny Cosme, has been involved with the chamber for many years and currently is the Chairperson of the Legislative Committee.

Charles Lowe has rejoined the chamber as its Director of Internet Technology whose responsibilities includes managing network topology for the organization, troubleshoot technology issues, oversee development of new client database, create technical support manuals, submit technology improvement proposals and supervise IT intern staff on special projects. Charles reports directly to the President/CEO.

Mr. Lowe attends the University of California, Davis, and is pursuing a degree in Managerial Economics with a minor in Contemporary Leadership.

Laura Cabanero-Ente has rejoined the chamber as its Administrative Assistant whose primary responsibility to assist with the day to day office administrative functions and to take a lead role in the coordination of the chamber annual convention and business exposition. Laura has been employed by the chamber since 2003 with a short break in 2006. Her experience and knowledge will be invaluable and useful for the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. Laura reports directly to the President/CEO.
