EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
Booth fees: booth space is 10x10 with 2 chairs & 2 all day passes & 2 lunch tickets - CCHCC member - $300, non-member – $400 corporate non-member - $500 – non profit $150

Exhibit space: each booth is 10x10 and includes: draped backdrop, side panels, 8 foot draped table & two chairs. Space priority is based upon payment. Please make checks payable to the central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Set up: exhibitors may begin setting up exhibits at 7:00am and must be completely set up by 9am. Exhibitors may take down their exhibits after 5pm. The exhibits will be open 9am – 11:30am & 1pm – 5pm. All materials will be furnished by the exhibitor.

Parking / electricity: parking will be available at the convention center parking lot. You will be provided one parking pass. Additional passes will be provided at cost to you. Electricity will also be at cost for your booth. Please plan on bringing an extension cord.

Pavilions: the expo will be arranged into pavilions as follows: entertainment, international, home / auto, health, banking / finance, hi-tech. Each exhibitor will fall into one of these categories. Please all our office if you have any questions 559-495-4817 or you may fax us at 559-495-4811.

Attendance: expect several thousand people during the course of the day. The exhibits will be free and open to the public. Please plan accordingly
 
CONVENTION ATTENDEES
Tickets: $70 each or $500 a table – please note that 2 students will be seated at your table. They will be seated by industry and or interest of the student.

Breakfast: a continental breakfast will be provided at 8:00am along with a special keynote address.

Learning sessions: there will be several learning sessions during the morning and afternoon. They will range from the following topics. Loans, developing a business plan, international trade, understanding your credit, how to start a business, understanding the internet & e-commerce, marketing your business. Each class will range from 45 minutes to an hour & a half and will be taught by professionals in his or her business. A special student class will be held for the student attendees. There will also be a special match making process for procurement opportunities. Please consult www.cchcc.net for a complete list of classes as we move closer to the event date.

Commemorative bag: each exhibitor will have the right to put promotional information into this bag that will be given to all the attendees and exhibitors. Contact the CCHCC office if you wish to supply information for this bag. Please note we expect between 400 & 600 registered attendees.

Luncheon: a very special line up of speakers will address a wide range of topics during the luncheon. You will not be disappointed!
